Eagle Processing:

Verification of your Eagle Scout Application before your Eagle Board of Review at the Scout Office:

• Review your Application to make sure all the required Merit Badges (Eagle and Extras) are complete.
• Review your Application to make sure all required fields are filled in. 
• Review your Application to make sure all required signatures are obtained before verification.
• Contact the Office 304.277.2660 X 101 to make sure the Council Eagle Processor will be available to verify your Eagle.
  

Note: Please leave the box in the upper right hand corner that says Council Must Complete blank, the Council Eagle Processor will fill that part in, thank you.

Reminder: Once the Eagle Application is processed the Return on the Certificate/Card from National can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks.
